Our services are intended for professionals managing soccer fields, and by using our platform, you confirm that you meet this criterion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activities, infringing on intellectual property rights, or introducing harmful software. All content, trademarks, and data on our website and services, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of or licensed to Raw Stadia, and unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Raw Stadia will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. We are committed to protecting your privacy; please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Raw Stadia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and significant changes will be communicated via our website or email.

The Raw Stadia webinar offer is available to professionals working with soccer teams in professional clubs, colleges or universities, and federations or academies. Eligible participants may include but are not limited to Performance Analysts, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Team Managers, Sports Scientists, Medical Staff, and Coaches (Head, Assistant, or Technical Staff). The webinar is free to attend and requires registration to access the live session and post-event recording. Registrants must provide accurate professional information, including their name, job title, organization, and professional email address. Webinar content is proprietary and intended for educational purposes only; redistribution or sharing without prior permission from Raw Stadia is prohibited. Registered participants will receive a link to join the live webinar and access to the recording for 30 days after the event. Topics covered include how field quality impacts player performance and injury prevention, along with practical insights on data-driven decision-making for soccer performance. Data collected during registration will be used solely to provide access to the webinar and follow-up materials, share relevant insights, resources, or updates on Raw Stadia’s offerings, and improve Raw Stadia’s services and campaigns. Raw Stadia will not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent, and all data will be handled in compliance with U.S. privacy laws. Webinar capacity may be limited, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Raw Stadia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, with registrants notified promptly in such cases. Participation does not constitute an endorsement of Raw Stadia by the registrant’s organization.

The Raw Stadia free trial offer is available to groundskeepers, pitch managers, and facility professionals managing soccer fields in the United States, as well as facilities actively managing soccer fields such as professional clubs, academies, universities, or municipal sports facilities. Applicants must be employed in a decision-making capacity (e.g., Grounds Manager, Grounds Director, Facility Manager), provide verifiable contact information including a professional email address, and not currently be a Raw Stadia client or using any of Raw Stadia’s products or services. The trial provides access to the Raw Stadia Portal and App for a period of 3 months, including key player and field metrics, but does not include additional equipment or hardware; if equipment is required, it can be discussed separately. The app must be used exclusively for evaluating soccer field conditions, and misuse, including unauthorized usage or distribution, will result in immediate termination of the trial. Only one trial per organization or user is permitted. Data collected during the trial will be used solely to provide technical support, offer tailored insights and recommendations, and improve Raw Stadia’s products and services. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit user consent, and all personal and field-related data will be handled in compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws and regulations. This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Access to the app and portal is provided "as-is," and Raw Stadia is not responsible for device compatibility issues or operational interruptions caused by external factors. The free trial does not guarantee full access to all Raw Stadia features.
